Biden was wearing an Eye Contact Lens Video Display System at the debate. His eyes are normally blue, but they WERE NOT on that night. His “pen” was actually a clicker used to change the virtual display generated by the contact lens on his left eye.
Not only was Biden cheating at the debate, he has been cheating since around March when he vanished from public site for months. He was training to use his new contact lens video display in manner that wouldn’t be detected.
